The HMS Belfast is a floating museum of a World War II historic warship. The ship was a destroyer that was used by Great Britain for 32 years, since 1938, and it became a museum in 1971.
It's part of the Imperial War Museum and it lets visitors sense what life was like on board of a warship during World War II and the Korean War. It has 9 decks and some of the areas that can be visited are the kitchen, the cabins, the emergency room, the dental room, the sick bay, the wine cellar, the operations room and the engine room. The visit includes an audio guide with lots of information of historical and military content of the years the ship functioned as a warship.
