The Natural History Museum has around 80 million pieces in a permanent collection that is divided into five main categories: paleontology, zoology, mineralogy, entomology and botany. The collections include a dinosaur exhibition, rocks, and famous Hope, the 25-meter blue whale that hangs from the ceiling.
There are also some interesting temporary exhibitions.
