Let your Hero take car of everything: Tailored Travel Planning + Restaurants & Activities Bookings + Chat Assistance during your stay.

You will first contact one of our Local Heroes and explain your group's interests, budget, ages, dates, accommodation, gastronomic preferences... Your Local Hero may ask some questions too. Then your Hero will start planning your stay and finally send you daily travel plans for each day of your stay. You will review it together to make sure it's exactly what you're looking for and the plans will be adapted to the revisions. Once done you will receive a tailored travel guide of your stay with your daily routes, local tips, useful information, events during your stay and much more. You'll be able to access Customized Travel Guide through our Web, our Android & iOS apps and a printable version.

Your Local Hero will send you the links to book all your activities or he can also book them for you.

Then, you'll also receive a customized list of restaurants suggested for your stay, you'll be able to reviewed it and your Local Hero will book your tables.

Finally, during your stay you'll be able to whatsapp your Local Hero for any doubt, emergency or change of plans you may have

¿Qué incluye?

Tailored Travel Planning: Get in touch with a Local Hero that will create tailored travel plans for each day of your stay. Your Hero will answer all your questions and deliver a travel guide of your stay with customized daily routes, local tips, useful information, events during your stay, transports and local gastronomic suggestions. 5 Travel Planning revisions included. You'll be able to access Customized Travel Guide through our Web, our Android & iOS apps and a printable version.
Activities, tickets and transfers bookings: You will receive the list of necessary booking links of your tailored plans. Your Hero can also make those bookings for you. We will previously charge the total amount (+ a 5% of transaction fees)
Restaurant bookings for dinners: Dinner can be changed for lunch when necessary. Max 6 people. The Local Hero will make suggestions and the final restaurants will be decided together with the traveler.
Chat Assistance on the go: Your Very Own Local Hero available during your stay by message. Available by whatsapp or any other instant message system from 10h to 22h. Average response time under 5 min.

Condiciones

Restaurant bookings: More than 6 people has an extra cost of 5€ per dinner ( it's harder to find tables for big groups ). Your Local Hero will send you the extra cost payment link after purchasing this service. Some high-end restaurants ask for a previous payment, in these cases you'll receive the payment link
Chat Assistance: Max waiting time for a reply 10 min
Tailored Travel Planning: Delivery time - 7 days (after the traveler has provided all the necessary information). The Travel Planning can be delivered in 48h for an extra 20€ fee.
