At Kamiyacho Station, take the Hibiya Line directed to Minami-Kurihashi. Stay on it for 1 stop and get off at Kasumigaseki Station.
At that same station change to the Marunouchi Line directed to Ogikubo. Stay on it for 5 stops, approx. 11 minutes, and get off at Shinjuku-Gyoemmae Station.
