The tuna auction is a unique experience to watch, although it's now quite different than it was in Tsukiji. I recommend getting up early to get to see it!

The Toyosu Fishmarket opened in October of 2018 following the steps of the previous famous market, the Tsukiji fishmarket. Besides being the biggest fishmarket in the world, it's well-known because of the tuna auctions that they hold.
