Topography of Terror is a permanent indoor and outdoor exhibition that offers information about the Gestapo and the SS, and how they used to function. It consists of 5 different locations that have photographs and documents of the years when the Nazis had the power, all in the site that used to be the SS Reich Main Security Office from 1933 to 1945.

The Gestapo began to use this site to interrogate and torture prisioners during the summer of 1933, having imprisoned around 15.000 opponents of the Nazi regime in this 'house prison'.
